I like: spending time with my husband and son, crocheting, knitting, and reading. On my better days I enjoy scrapbooking or making cards. I used to swim competitively, ice skate, hike, climb, rappel, and work as a camp counselor.

I've had dysautonomia for most of my life, and I've been disabled from it for the past 5 years. Life is hard, but I enjoy it to the fullest. I love the Lord. I love my family. I enjoy a good cup of coffee every morning. The color purple can be found all around my house. My favorite flowers are purple tulips. Purple roses are a very close second favorite. I have never reached my chocolate threshold, and seriously think I might not have one. My toenails are always painted because it makes me happy. I can't always get dressed, and I rarely use precious energy to put make up on. I might not look good on most days, but at least my toes look good!
I think DINET is a great place, and I'm so thankful to have all of you in my life. -------------------- Rachel
